ECasino Help: - Cashier



The cashier desk is the central point of all your financial transaction. Like your bank, the casino maintains a personal account for you. There are two major operations:

  • deposit: You deposit money onto your account, thereby buying new casino chips from the casino.

  • withdrawal: You withdraw money from your account, thereby selling back casino chips to the casino.

Deposit

You have two means of payment:

  1. indirectly through an independent payment authority (the „secure buy“ server).

  2. directly with your credit card.

Via an independent payment authority

This method is the one we recommend to you. Below you see the corresponding tab page from the cashier desk:

In the top row (just below the title), you see, from the left to the right:

  • The [Check->] button: Pressing it will tell the casino's bank to check your balance in case you doubt its correctness. Beware that this may result in the casino checking all pending payment transaction for completion. So, use this button only when you need to. Your balance field (see next) is always up to date with your casino's account anyway.

  • Balance field: Your current balance (in US$) of your casino account.

  • Transfer field: The amount of money you want to deposit (or withdraw). Always check this field for correctness!

After you feel comfortable with the readings in the top row, press the [Take me to this „secure buy“ server now...] button. Follow the instruction on the screen. You need a web browser installed for this option to work properly.

With your credit card

This method may be faster or more convenient to you. Below you see the corresponding tab page from the cashier desk:

Complete the credit card form to deposit the amount shown in the top row's transfer field. Then press the [BUY!] button. Your payment is checked by the server, and may be refused by the casino. Upon successful completion you will receive an electronic receipt from the casino automatically.

Withdrawal

By US bank cheque mailed to you

When you withdraw money from your account, we will send you a cheque. Below you see the corresponding tab page from the cashier desk (to actually see it, select the [withdraw] radio button from the top row first):

We will use the profile data from the membership desk (your address etc.) to do so. So, you may wish to confirm first that this data is correct by going to the membership desk, and click onto the profile tab. Your profile data can be modified there first before you actually withdraw any money.

There is a possibility that the casino supports also further means of withdraw. Try to select an alternative from the choice field. The casino server will report an error message if your selection is not supported.

To withdraw the amount shown in the transfer field from the top row, press the [Withdraw] button. You cannot withdraw more money than you currently have. Upon successful completion you will receive an electronic receipt of withdrawal from the casino automatically.

To withdraw all money from your account, press the [Withdraw ALL] button. Upon successful completion you will receive an electronic receipt of withdrawal from the casino automatically.
